Wix began rolling out Symphony on August 11, extending its software into a standalone AI agent service for individuals and small businesses. Businesses can use it whether they run a Wix website, use another platform or have no website.
According to Wix, a central agent named Maestro coordinates specialized agents after learning about a business and its goals. The agents connect to existing tools, carry out approved workflows and provide updates and analytics. Owners can review progress and approve important decisions through an app.
Wix also says a separate agent reviews work before it reaches the owner. Symphony uses tiered subscriptions, with different levels of access to the agent service for business owners.
