UltraSight has raised $24 million in a Series B2 round led by Alive HealthTech Growth Fund. The Israeli medical-technology company plans to use the funding to expand its cardiac-ultrasound business in the United States.

Deep Insight, Star51 Capital, Connecticut Innovations and eHealth Ventures were among the participating investors. UltraSight said the financing will support commercial partnerships and the development of workflows for intensive-care and circulatory-support settings.

Its Echosystem brings together training, AI assistance during image capture and tools for clinical workflows. The company says the platform is deployed at more than ten commercial sites.

The round is designated Series B2 in UltraSight’s announcement. The immediate development is financing for commercialization and product work; the release does not announce new regulatory clearance for all of the proposed uses.
