WINT announced a $36 million Series D on September 9, co-led by LIP Ventures and Inven Capital. The company plans to use the investment to develop its products and expand internationally.
Its platform analyzes water use in commercial and industrial buildings. WINT says the software can help facility managers and risk teams identify leaks, waste and emerging problems before they cause damage. Customers include property operators, general contractors and facilities where interruptions are especially costly.
The financing follows a strategic investment from property group Grosvenor announced in December 2025. CTech reports that WINT employs about 100 people, including 70 in Israel. The company did not disclose a valuation in its Series D announcement.
