Stigg announced its acquisition of Received.ai on August 18, adding contract management and invoicing to its software for controlling product access and usage. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Received.ai founder and chief technology officer Shai Betito joined Stigg as vice president of engineering with the founding team. Stigg says the technology has been integrated into its platform, while the customer-facing contract and invoicing features are in public beta. Broader availability is planned during 2026.
The added functions include billing schedules, prorated charges, formula-based pricing and consolidated invoices. Stigg says these connect negotiated contracts to the access rules enforced inside a product, alongside existing payment and invoicing systems such as Stripe and NetSuite.
