Keewano disclosed $12 million in seed funding and launched KeewanoDB on September 15, according to CTech and SiliconANGLE. Hetz Ventures led the investment, with a16z speedrun, Remagine Ventures, DIG Ventures and angel investors also participating.
The Tel Aviv company's database groups events around entities such as customers or devices and preserves the order in which they happened. The aim is to give AI agents enough history to investigate a business question without requiring engineers to prepare a separate dataset each time.
SiliconANGLE reports that the system can ingest event streams and work alongside existing analytics databases. Keewano is targeting the data infrastructure behind AI agents, where access to the sequence and context of business activity can shape the answers software produces.
