ServiceNow acquired Israeli startup Sweep, according to September 3 reports by CTech and Geektime, both of which obtained confirmation from the buyer. The companies did not disclose the transaction's financial terms.
Sweep develops software that maps how enterprise systems are configured and connected. Its tools examine metadata, dependencies and permissions across platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce, helping teams understand the consequences of changes. The company has also been developing AI agents that recommend or carry out work across those systems.
ServiceNow said Sweep's technology and expertise would strengthen its AI development and deployment capabilities for customer relationship management. Sweep was founded in 2021 by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim. Reported purchase-price estimates were not confirmed by the buyer.
