ParaZero Technologies and ThirdEye Systems announced a non-binding memorandum of understanding on September 15 to explore a combined counter-drone system. Development, integration and commercialization remain subject to definitive agreements.
The proposed system would connect ThirdEye's detection and sensing technology with ParaZero's DefendAir physical interception equipment, which uses a net. The companies initially plan to focus on armored vehicles and may consider applications at critical infrastructure and other sensitive sites.
Both companies already develop defense technology in Israel. Their proposed collaboration aims to bring detection, threat assessment and interception into a single system. The memorandum establishes a framework for that work; it does not disclose a customer order, contract value or delivery timetable for the integrated product.
