MIND announced a $72 million Series B on September 17, led by Crosspoint Capital Partners with existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group participating. The round brings the company's total funding to $112 million.

The security company develops software that locates sensitive information and applies controls to how people and AI systems use it. MIND says its platform covers cloud applications, endpoints, email and on-premises file shares, with tools for identifying risky activity and blocking data loss.

The new money will support product development, hiring and expansion into enterprise markets. MIND also plans to deepen its technology and channel partnerships as it seeks customers managing sensitive information across both conventional software and AI agents.
