Haifa startup HydroSight disclosed a $5 million seed round as it emerged from stealth on September 7. StageOne Ventures led the financing, with participation from Vertex Ventures and the National Center of Blue Economy through HiCenter Ventures, according to CTech.
The company is developing software that combines marine survey data collected by different instruments and at different times. It says the platform identifies changes and anomalies on the seabed, helping infrastructure owners assess underwater conditions.
Founded in late 2025 by Tomer Adler, Haitham Ezzy and Chen Megera, HydroSight serves ports, energy businesses and telecommunications cable operators. Vertex subsequently confirmed the investment and said the company was working on projects in Israel and abroad. The funding will support hiring, product development and international expansion.
