Huskeys raised $27 million in a Series A led by Blackstone, bringing its total funding to $35 million. The Tel Aviv cybersecurity startup disclosed the financing on September 2, with Okta, Zscaler and Merlin Ventures among the other participants.
The company adds an AI management layer to existing web application firewalls. It says its software helps security teams distinguish legitimate automated traffic from malicious activity as more AI agents browse and act online. The product is designed to work with customers' current security infrastructure.
Founders Itai Gafni and Roy Weisfeld previously served in Israel's Unit 8200. The Times of Israel reports that Huskeys has 40 employees. Its company newsroom describes the investment as a Series A following its earlier seed financing.
