Cymphony launched on September 9 with $30 million in disclosed funding from backers led by Sequoia Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund. The company is building software to help security teams manage access to enterprise data by both employees and AI agents.

Its platform combines information about identities, permissions, data and activity in a shared graph. Cymphony says this lets customers see which people or agents can reach sensitive systems, prioritize risks and coordinate corrective work.

The founders, Shy Dekel, Idan Berkovits and Edi Gotlieb, are graduates of Israel's Talpiot program. The company says customers include Syngenta, KKR, Cass Information Systems and Athennian. It plans to spend the funding on product development and expansion of its engineering and commercial teams.
