DataAgent launched on September 1 after closing a $10 million pre-seed round led by MizMaa Ventures and Alicorn Venture Partners. The Tel Aviv startup develops software for investigating and repairing incidents in Kubernetes and related cloud infrastructure.
The company says its platform works inside customer environments and integrates with existing monitoring tools. It first applies predefined actions to stabilize known problems, then investigates causes and prepares a repair plan. Unfamiliar faults remain subject to human review; autonomous action expands as the system demonstrates it can handle a class of problem.
Founders Ishay Yaari and Nati Shalom previously worked at Cloudify. DataAgent plans to use the funding to bring its platform to market and expand customer adoption in North America.
