Cyera announced on September 3 that it had completed its acquisition of Oasis Security in a transaction valued at $1 billion. Oasis will operate as Cyera Identity as the companies combine data security with controls for identities used by software and machines.
Oasis's platform manages access for workloads and AI agents, including which systems they can reach and how long access remains valid. Cyera says combining those controls with its data intelligence will help customers decide who or what may use sensitive information.
