Covenant emerged from stealth on September 9, disclosing more than $250 million raised across three funding rounds and a manufacturing footprint that includes northern Israel. Backers include Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Lux, 8VC, Aleph and Lightspeed.
The Washington-based defense company unveiled its Anthem missile program and opened a factory in Texas. It also identified facilities in Germany and Israel. The company says serial production at the Texas site is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
Covenant reported approximately $150 million in orders covering research, qualification and production work. That order figure is separate from its venture funding and does not represent a revenue disclosure. The company is expanding engineering, manufacturing and operations staff as it prepares to move from development into larger-scale production.
