Michael Gladstone is an associate in the life sciences group. Prior to joining Atlas in 2012, Michael was a senior associate consultant in the life sciences practice at L.E.K. Consulting, where he focused on business development and corporate strategy for biopharma clients. While at L.E.K. Michael also served as head of client development for Inspire, a volunteer consulting firm staffed by junior consultants at L.E.K., Bain & Company, Parthenon, and Monitor Group. He led, designed, and organized teams of consultants for strategy projects for six non-profit organizations in the greater Boston area. Michael Rosenblatt, M.D. is the Executive vice president and chief medical officer of Merck & Co., Inc. since 2009. Dr. Rosenblatt served as Dean of Tufts University School of Medicine. Previously, he held the appointment of George R. Minot Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Chief of the Division of Bone and Mineral Metabolism Research at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). He served as the President of BIDMC from 1999-2001. Previously, he was the Harvard Faculty Dean and Senior Vice President for academic programs at CareGroup and BIDMC and a founder of the Carl J. Shapiro Institute for Education and Research at Harvard Medical School and BIDMC, a joint venture whose mission is to manage the academic enterprise and promote academic innovation. Prior to that, he served as Director of the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, during which time he led a medical education organization for M.D., Ph.D., and M.D.-Ph.D. training jointly sponsored by Harvard and MIT. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President for Research at Merck Sharp & Dohme Research Laboratories where he headed the worldwide development team for alendronate (FOSAMAX), Merck's bisphosphonate for osteoporosis and bone disorders. In addition, he directed drug discovery efforts in molecular biology, bone biology and calcium metabolism, virology, cancer research, lipid metabolism, and cardiovascular research in the United States, Japan, and Italy. In leading most of Merck's international research efforts, he established two major basic research institutes, one in Tsukuba, Japan, and one near Rome, Italy. He also headed Merck Research's worldwide University and Industry Relations Department.

Michael is the CEO and co-founder of Fireblocks, a secure digital asset infrastructure company. Prior to Fireblocks, he co-founded Lacoon Mobile Security, which was acquired by Check Point, and was then appointed the Head of Products, Mobile and Cloud Security for Check Point. Michael is a serial cybersecurity entrepreneur and investor. He is also a recognized industry speaker, delivering talks at RSA Conference, BlackHat and Infosec. In 2012, Michael Szalontay started Flashpoint as a venture capital business together with a close university friend, Alex Konoplyasty. Nancy Hua is the founder and chairwoman of Apptimize. Prior to this, she led the GETCO (now KCG Holdings) FI Quantitative Strategies team in New York and Chicago. She is a world-class expert in algorithmic trading and electronic exchanges.While studying Math with CS at MIT, Nancy was the MIT Varsity Fencing team captain, built lasers in the Harvard/MIT Center for Ultracold Atoms, and was a developer in Israel. Aside from her blog, she loves to write on Quora and Amazon. In 2012, Nancy fundraised to successfully restart the Pennsylvania Governor's School for Science, a free science camp for kids.

Nir was the founder and CEO of ActionBase Corporation, a U.S.-based enterprise software company that was acquired in 2003. He was also the founder, COO and a board member at OptimalTest, a leading software company that provides a revolutionary solution to the semiconductors testing world. Prior to moovit, Nir led the investment arm of Eyron Group focused on early-stage software companies. Nir holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Bar-Ilan University and is a graduate of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Computer Science Academy.

Nir has 18 years experience in information security, including executive experience setting company strategy, driving execution, building new products and bringing them to market. While at Imperva, Nir set the company product strategy and launched and managed the worldwide services organization. Nir also held engineering positions at Adjungo Networks (acquired by Flash Networks) and Shopping.com (acquired by eBay). Noga joined the team in January 2017 and is the Head of the Bioincubator in Insrael. Noga is a graduate of Tel-Aviv University, and did her postdoctoral fellowship at NIH, USA. She has over 15 years of experience in the Israeli Biotech industry, leading R&D projects in different research fields and business development opportunities.

Omri is an entrepreneur, investor dad, and surfer(not necessarily in that order). He previously founded Propcy, a ML-based investment platform for residential real estate and the Migdalor Foundation, the Israeli Naval Academy Alumni Association. Omri wrote for publications like Forbes and TechCrunch. Prior to that Omri was an algorithmic trader and also spent six years as a Missile Ship Chief Engineer in the Israeli Navy. Omri holds an MBA from Tel Aviv’s Recanati’s School of Business Cum Laude.

Omry is a General Partner at Viola Ventures. He joined the fund in 2017 bringing with him 15 years of technology-focused experience across investment banking, startup operations, and both institutional and private venture investments. Omry’s areas of investment at Viola Ventures include Enterprise / SME Software, FinTech, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, and related fields. Omry was a Senior Vice President and East Coast Software Sector Captain at Goldman Sachs in the tech, media and telecom (TMT) investment banking group. Ornit joined Citi Venture in March 2017 to lead its venture investment activities in Israel. Her focus of interest includes data analytics & Machine Learning, cybersecurity and FinTech. As part of her role she also manages the Tel Aviv Accelerator. Prior to this role, Ornit ran External Innovation and Business Development for Lenovo in Europe and Israel. In this capacity she invested in Cloud technologies as well as Artificial Intelligence and biometric authentication. Prior to Lenovo, Ornit worked at Citi, where she founded and ran the first Accelerator out of Citi’s Tel Aviv Lab. Prior to Citi, she founded and served in managerial roles in several companies. Ornit founded Yazamiyot, Israel’s leading women’s entrepreneur network, and she was selected by Haaretz (one of Israel’s leading newspapers) as one of 66 Women You Should Know.
