Rotem Iram is the Founder and CEO of cyber insurance company At-Bay. With nearly two decades of security and engineering experience, Rotem previously served as a Managing Director and COO in the Cyber Security practice of K2 Intelligence, a leading global risk management firm, focusing on cyber intelligence, cyber defense strategy and incident response. Rotem began his career as a Captain in Israel’s elite Intelligence Unit 8200, and also served as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Rotem holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Hebrew University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.

S. Daniel Leon is a business and social entrepreneur with a proven track record growing early stage companies and building organizations from the ground up. Sought out for his passion, his ability to think strategically, and his talent for communicating a corporate story, Daniel has co-founded multiple companies and not-for-profit organizations. Daniel is currently the CEO of Beyon3D and the Chairman of HereO. He also acts as a venture partner at Governing Dynamics, a New York-based early stage venture investment firm. Daniel previously served as General Manager, Mobile, of Ground Link, a Governing Dynamics portfolio company that raised more than $30 million in funding during his tenure. Previously, Daniel served as Vice President with the Gallup Organization. Daniel’s community involvement shows the same zeal for entrepreneurism that he has demonstrated in the business world. He is a founding board member of Act for Israel—an online platform for pro-Israel, digital activism —the latest of his ventures designed to strengthen the ties between his native and adoptive countries. He is also a founding member of AIPAC Technology Division and a founding board member of Moatza Mekomit - the umbrella organization of Israeli community in NYC where he chairs both the business and Israel committees. Daniel sits on various boards including Bereisheet, an Israeli school in Tenafly NJ, and the Hudson Union Society. Sergey leads Flintera, a private equity firm. He is passionate about data analysis, business management, and scaling start-ups. At Flintera Sergey helps b2b companies grow both organically and through M&A. Prior to Flintera, he spent six years in fintech in an alternative lending fund, where he delivered double-digit un-levered returns to the investors, thanks to in-depth and ongoing analysis of the portfolio companies. Before that, he was an investment director at Flint Capital venture capital fund, where he focused on Israeli and fintech portfolios. Sergey started his career in investment banking. Sergey has a master's degree in computational economics and completed all three levels of CFA exams. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, spending time with family, and playing tennis.

Shai Agassi is a successful Israeli entrepreneur with proven track record who sold three of his startups for the aggregate sum of more than $500M+ in total. Agassi is most recognized for his role as founder of Better Place - a globally renowned leader in the EV space. He is the original inventor of the modern incarnation of the automated battery switch concept and the business model of treating the EV battery as consumable, rather than as an attached component. Prior to that, Agassi served as the President of SAP's Product and Technology where he managed 12,000 engineers in 50 countries around the world. Agassi was the youngest member of SAP's management board and is credited with a number of its key products and technology products. Slavik Markovich is the Co-founder and CEO of Descope. He previously served as SVP of Product at Palo Alto Networks. Slavik attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where he earned a B.Sc in Computer Science.

A serial entrepreneur and a private investor. Sol held a variety of R&D and strategic positions in leading hi-tech industry companies in the past 26 years. She held several top managerial positions at Microsoft Corp, both at the Israeli branch and at Microsoft headquarters in Seattle. Sol led Microsoft's strategic marketing approach for MS Cyber Security and privacy in North America. In 2008 she founded Genieo Innovation, a private held AI B2C company that sold for $50M to a public company. Miss Tzvi acted as a strategic consultant for private equity investments funds and as a private investor for startups in the Cyber and Internet field. Todd Dollinger was born with the entrepreneurial gene. At the age of 15, he joined his first start up, a tropical fish import and breeding business; later Todd would sell his share to his partner before starting college. While a university student, Todd established his second business — from which he had his second exit — a concert promotion company. His passion for transforming ideas into successful enterprises led him to launch Trendlines, Inc. with his brother Mark in 1978, providing sales, marketing and business development services in the U.S. Todd served as Trendlines’ president until 1990 when he sold his interest to Mark and moved to Israel. There, Todd joined the marketing department of medical device company SRD Medical. He later became that company’s CEO. Determined to work in a capacity where he might merge his business development skills with his entrepreneurial drive, Todd founded business consultancy Trendlines International with Steve Rhodes in 1993. Trendlines International was established to support seed- and early-stage companies and the start-up activities of large corporations. Todd and Steve established their first venture fund, the Trendlines Israel Fund, in 2004 and founded The Trendlines Group in 2007 when they were awarded two Israeli government-licensed business incubators, the Misgav and Mofet Venture Accelerators. Tony is a Managing Partner and co-founder of The Pritzker Group. Tony has over twenty years leading middle-market manufacturing and distribution companies. From 2004 to 2007 he served as Chairman of AmSafe Partners, the leader in aircraft seating restraints. From 2000 to 2004 he served as President of Baker Tanks, the nation’s leading tank and pump equipment rental business. In 1998, he was appointed by the Marmon Group to oversee Stainless Industrial Companies, a portfolio of several industrial manufacturing companies. From 1996-1998 Tony served as the Regional Vice President of operations in Asia for Getz Bros. & Co. Prior to 1996, Tony was a Group Executive at the Marmon Group and directed operations at Arzo, MD Tech, Micro-Aire, Oshkosh Door and Fenestra. Uri joined JVP with extensive experience in internet and new media, gained from his prior position as the CEO of MSN Israel. In the past twelve years Uri has been one of the new media pioneers, who saw the many stages that the internet, mobile and TV went through. Prior to his work at Microsoft, Uri was a partner and a co-CEO at Geller-Nessis Leo Burnett Advertising Agency, working with leading brands such as Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, Nokia, Philips and Energizer. Prior to that, he was a senior strategic planner at Fogel-Levin / Ogilvy Israel, working with brands such as IBM, Unilever, Adidas, Philip Morris and others. His vast experience in advertising and strategic planning gave him the position of an "evangelist" in the fast growing online advertising market. Uri serves as a board member of JVP's portfolio companies Celltick, Tok, CrossReader, UIU and Wishi.

Uri Arazy joined Intel Capital in 2001. He has a broad management background in Israel and the U.S. including managing Israel Information Systems, Intel's Corporate Engineering Computing, and operational positions in managing the Supply Line and Strategic Planning at Intel's FAB 8. Uri managed Intel's investments and exits in Anobit (acquired by Apple), Riverhead (acquired by Cisco); Passave (acquired by PMC Sierra); Topio (acquired by NetApp), and Aeroscout (acquired by Stanley Black & Decker). He currently manages Intel's investments and is Board Observer in Aternity, Exent, GigaSpaces, and Omek Interactive. Warren is the former CEO of Go Daddy. Prior to holding this position, Warren served as President and COO of GoDaddy from 2006-2011. Before becoming president of GoDaddy, he held executive positions in product development, customer care and business development at the company. During his decade at GoDaddy, the company grew sales to over $1.2 billion. In 2011, the company was sold to SilverLake Partners, KKR and TCV in a transaction valued at $2.25 billion. Warren is currently the Principal at The Nativ Group. Nativ is an investment vehicle and advisory services provider for SMB-focused technology companies and other Internet-based services. Warren was an active member of the ICANN Affirmation of Commitments Accountability and Transparency Review team. While at GoDaddy, Warren drove the establishment of the Hosting Security Forum, an organization of service providers who share critical security information in order to protect the integrity and privacy of customer data, their web presence, and its availability. He also served on the Industry Advisory Board at Arizona State University's College of Technology and Innovation. Warren has been awarded 19 patents in areas involving internet infrastructure and security. He has 40 more patents pending. Warren joined Go Daddy after a variety of senior positions in the technology market, including Vice President of Strategic Relations at Network Associates (now McAfee) and CEO of NeoPlanet (sold to Compaq), a customer interaction software company where he established partnerships with Compaq, USA Networks, MTV, Universal Studios, New Line Cinema and others. Warren was also Vice President of Business Development at Bigfoot (sold to Alliance Data), a leader in email communications and marketing automation technologies. Prior to entering the private sector, Warren spent six years in international relations at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., where he served as Chief of Public Affairs. During this time, Warren was a member of the media and communications team for Israel's Delegation to Bilateral Peace Talks held in Washington, D.C. between 1991 and 1996. Prior to his service in Washington, Adelman was an officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Adelman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history at the University of Toronto. Born in Hamilton, Canada, Adelman currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Yifat Oron is the CEO of LeumiTech, Leumi Group's high-tech banking subsidiary. In her role, Ms.Oron is responsible for leveraging Leumi Group's global capabilities and offerings to support high-tech companies' financing needs. Ms. Oron has over twenty years of experience working with technology companies, in venture capital, banking and consulting. She spent most of her career as a Partner at Vertex Ventures (an Israeli-based venture fund with over $700 million of capital under management). Prior to joining Vertex, Ms. Oron was a technology investment banking associate at JPMorgan. Previously, she spent three years at the Directorate of R&D of the Israeli Ministry of Defense where she achieved the rank of Lieutenant in the Economics, Budget & Control Department. An internationally recognized leader in the field of e-Health, Mobile-Health and Telemedicine, Dr. Bahagon founded in 2009 the e-Health wing for Clalit Health Services (CHS), the largest HMO in Israel and second largest globally. Yossi Sela has served as a director of our company since 2013. Sela is the Managing Partner of Gemini Israel Funds, a leading Venture Capital fund, which invests primarily in seed and early stage Israeli technology companies. In this capacity, Sela sits on the boards of directors of a number of Gemini portfolio companies, including JFrog Ltd., LoyalBlocks Ltd., QualiSystems Ltd. and Xjet Solar Ltd. Sela holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
