Israeli cloud security company Upwind was reported on September 2 to be raising about $300 million at a valuation of roughly $3.8 billion. CTech described the financing as raised, while Globes said sources expected it to close shortly. The company had not responded to Globes when its report appeared.
Both outlets named Bessemer Venture Partners as a lead investor; CTech also identified TCV as a co-lead. The reports do not establish an agreed closing date.

Upwind develops software that examines running cloud environments to help security teams prioritize vulnerabilities and investigate threats. Amiram Shachar founded it in 2022 with Liran Polak, Lavi Ferdman and Tal Zuri, his former partners at cloud infrastructure company Spot.io.
