Remepy announced on August 12 that it had closed a $36 million Series A to advance treatments combining prescription drugs with personalized therapeutic software. O.G. Venture Partners and M Ventures, the investment arm of Merck KGaA, led the financing, which brought total capital raised to $62 million.

The Ramat Gan company plans to use the money for pharmaceutical partnerships, its treatment pipeline and global Phase III development of Hybridopa for Parkinson’s disease. Remepy expects that study to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. Hybridopa remains investigational and has no FDA approval.

The company’s approach pairs medication with adaptive physical, cognitive and behavioral exercises delivered through an AI-driven app. Remepy also has a development collaboration with Merck beginning with rare tumors.
