Island has announced a $400 million Series F led by Evolution Equity Partners, putting its valuation at $6.4 billion. The financing gives the Israeli-founded enterprise-security company more capital as businesses bring AI agents into their workflows.
The company started with an enterprise browser and has expanded into security tools for endpoints, networks, access and data. It says the new funding will support that wider product range, including controls for work performed by software agents.
Existing investors joining the round include Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Coatue and Insight Partners. Island also reported that it employs 1,000 people and has doubled annual recurring revenue in each fiscal year since its 2022 launch. Those operating figures are company-reported.
The $400 million figure is the size of the financing; $6.4 billion is the valuation attached to the round. The announcement does not describe an acquisition.
